Terms and Conditions

All accommodation is for residential purposes ONLY. Private functions require express permission by management and are subject to additional fees.

NOISE: As we are located in a residential area, please be mindful of our neighbours and keep excessive noise down. Any noise complaints will incur additional fees - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cleaning penalty fees will be applied for the following:

  • If the property is left in an untidy or unsanitary condition
  • No food to be left on the premises or in refrigerators
  • If excess rubbish and bottles have not been removed on checkout
  • If dishes are not placed in the dishwasher
  • Rubbish not placed in the bins provided - SULO bins are located on the property for excess rubbish.

All breakages must be paid for.

STRICTLY NO pets, NO Smoking on the property - smoking strictly prohibited anywhere on the property - a cleaning fee of $500 will occur if this rule is broken.

Check-in: 2:00pm - Check-out : 11am. Late check out available with prior arrangement by management.

Payment Policy

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa and all debit cards. A minimum of one night's tariff will be taken at the time of booking with the balance payable 48hrs before arrival.

A 50% deposit on all bookings for reservations of more than one night.

Full payment required for a one-night stay, payable at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or amendments to a reservation must be provided in writing by email. A refund can only be provided if the room can be rebooked.

Any amendments / cancellations to the agreed length of stay will not be refunded after check-in.

Full balance will apply for NO-SHOWS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
